 "Green" Will Create Millions of Jobs
Initiatives to shift to green corporate operations and production are expected to generate up to 40 million additional jobs by 2030 in the United States alone. There are several environmental groups and analysts that have reached consensus to reach such estimates. Management Information Services Inc and the American Solar Energy Society for instance are particularly estimating that currently, ‘green jobs’ are already employing 8.5 million US jobs. |
